Put it in your page
Say “publish” and your AI gives you two lines, filled in, to paste into your page. Change it later, and the page follows.
Four steps, about five minutes: sign up, get a key, add moe to the AI tool you use, and say your first sentence. Nothing to install, no new program to learn.
Open the sign-up page, enter your email address and press “Send me a link”. We mail you a link: open it and press “Sign in”, and you are in — the first time, that makes your account. There is no password.
Nothing came? Look in your spam. The link works for thirty minutes, once.
Signed in, you are at your account page. Under “Your keys”, press “Make a key”. The key is shown this once: copy it now and keep it. A note, like “laptop”, helps you tell keys apart.
Lost it? Revoke it and make another. A key for each machine or tool is fine.
In a terminal, run this, with your key for YOUR_KEY:
claude mcp add --transport http moe https://mcp.animate.moe/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY"
Then, in Claude Code, /mcp shows moe as connected.
Put this in ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or add it under MCP in Cursor's settings), with your key for YOUR_KEY:
{ "mcpServers": { "moe": { "url": "https://mcp.animate.moe/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_KEY" } } } }Once saved, moe shows a green dot under MCP in Cursor's settings.
Put this in ~/.codex/config.toml, with your key for YOUR_KEY:
[mcp_servers.moe]
url = "https://mcp.animate.moe/mcp"
http_headers = { "Authorization" = "Bearer YOUR_KEY" }Restart Codex, and it can use moe; codex mcp list shows it.
In a terminal, run this, with your key for YOUR_KEY:
grok mcp add --transport http moe https://mcp.animate.moe/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY"
Then grok mcp doctor moe checks that it connects.
Tell your AI the motion you want. Try this one first:
Use moe to make a little creature that breathes and blinks, and show me a few frames.
It writes, checks, and shows you pictures. If you want anything changed, just say so: “bigger eyes”, “breathe slower”.
Say “publish” and your AI gives you two lines, filled in, to paste into your page. Change it later, and the page follows.
The demos show motion that answers a finger, follows your data, sounds, and fits any screen. Try them.
Making is free, as often as it takes; what is counted is what you keep and how often it plays.
